Experiencia negativa: Súper mal, el " veterinario " es súper grosero, solo hace su trabajo por hacer, es una persona que apesar de trabajar con animalitos, es inumano y no muestra interés en sus pacientes y luego de pilón, mega carero

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Ulises is by far the most Thorough Veterinarian I have Ever been to. My 11 year old mini Dachshund has been paralyzed for a few years and was looking skinny which I thought was due to muscle loss. He did a blood test for 40 different things and found out that she had a pancreas issue and was not absorbing the nutrients from food. He gave her a b-12 shot as well as vitamins and Supplements to add to her food. She literally is acting like a young dog one month later. He also arranged for an Ultrasound and Xray of her heart as she was recently diagnosed with a heart murmur from another vet in the states and recommended to get an ultrasound of her heart. There was a 4 month wait to see the Vet Cardiologist in Orange County so since I was going to Puerto Vallarta I thought I would take her down there. I am so pleased with the results of the drugs and supplements my girl is on. She is active and Playing with my 4 year old Standard. I am planning another trip to PV primarily to go see Dr Ulises for a followup. I can't Recommend him Enough.

Experiencia negativa: Pésimo servicio por parte del doctor que atiende ,aparte de ser grosero vulgar y déspota , sinceramente no recomiendo el lugar afortunadamente hay más veterinarias donde si saben atender al cliente. Y saben de veterinaria .No recomiendo el lugar . Considero que el doctor es un inepto y no está capacitado para la atención de casos delicados.

Experiencia negativa: Doctor poco sensible en un caso de urgencia. Dice ser humano, padre y doctor, pero me habló muy hiriente en un momento sensible. Tal vez es normal para ellos. No lo es para mí.
